Quando si parla di vitamina b, non si parla di una singola vitamina ma si parla di un gruppo, ovvero il gruppo della vitamina B perchè di vitamina B ce ne sono di diverso tipo, si va dalla B1, B2, B5, B6….. Le vitamine del gruppo B le possiamo trovare nei legumi, nelle verdure, nei cereali, nelle carni e nei pesci; hanno la funzione di andare ad aiutare il normale funzionamento del sistema immunitario e cardiaco, aiutano a migliorare il normale funzionamento del metabolismo energetico e della capacità visiva (queste sono tutte funzioni generali delle vitamine del gruppo B).
