Tante persone (sia donne che uomini), specialmente nel periodo estivo avvertono sintomi come: stanchezza, dolori muscolari e sbalzi di pressione… Questi sono alcuni sintomi legati alla carenza di potassio, detta anche ipopotassiemia; e cosa fare in questi casi?

Partendo dal fatto che il potassio è un minerale molto importante per la salute; per evitare i sintomi da carenza da potassio in primis bisogna curare l ‘alimentazione, assumendo: frutta e verdura come ad esempio: banane, albicocche, kiwi, pomodori, lattuga anche a foglia rossa, spinaci e cavolfiori; legumi, pesce, pollame e frutta secca.

E’ importante anche assumere integratori, specialmente per chi fa sport, che è sottoposto a sforzi fisici, in particolare nel campo muscolare, poichè quando c’è carenza di potassio, i muscoli sono i primi a farsi sentire, ovviamente prima di prendere qualsiasi integratore consultate il medico specialmente se avete patologie in corso; accertatevi che i vostri livelli di potassio nel sangue siano nella norma con appositi esami del sangue specifici.

Vedrete che con il giusto apporto di potassio nel corpo, e soprattutto nelle nostre cellule, si andrà a regolare l’ apporto idrico nei tessuti; la pressione sanguigna sarà normalizzata, ci sentiremo meno stanchi, migliorando le capacità cognitive; e si avranno meno crampi muscolari e meno stress.
