Il magnesio come il potassio (vedi articoli precedenti) è un minerale altrettanto importante per il nostro benessere; la vita frenetica a ritmi a volte esagerati, che non ci permettono di fare pasti equilibrati, ma che ci portano al consumo di quello che si chiama “cibo spazzatura” e quindi nell’ essere sempre sotto pressione e nel non assimilare correttamente i nutrienti, ci porta ad avere carenze di magnesio.
